Last Day on Earth: Survival – Ridiculously Good Mobile Zombie Survival Game!

Screenshot from the game.

Last Day on Earth is a ridiculously well made zombie survival game (despite the fact that it’s not even complete yet). It’s completely free to begin with. The game does have premium currency like so many mobile games have nowadays but it can easily be played and fully enjoyed without having to worry about it too much. Of course, you can always look for one of those cool game bag hacks and see if they have already hacked the game on their official website

The game also has multiplayer. You get to play online with other people as well. But that doesn’t make your struggle for survival and easier. On the contrary, it usually makes it much more harder.

Times are desperate, the world is in chaos and you can’t trust anyone but yourself in this post-apocalyptic world filled with walking corpses as you try your best to survive and endure through the horror.

Hardcore survival gameplay

Despite the fact that this is a mobile game release, this game isn’t any easier than some hard-core PC zombie survival games. If nothing else I would like to point out that this game was significantly more challenging than anything I’ve had the opportunity to play recently.

You will have to take care of your basic needs just like in most of the survival games. Hunger, thirst and fatigue play vital role to your survival. Unlike some other games where you get status penalty when you’re starving, in this game you will actually starve. Your health will slowly start decreasing until you’ve eaten something. The same goes for thirst.

In order to prevent this from happening, you have a large assortment of tools that you can craft. Turn a barrel and some plastic bags into a rain water collector so you have a steady supply of water which you can additionally purify by boiling it.

But you also have to eat. Crafting traps or a makeshift bow or spear to hunt wildlife and get precious meat or cultivate your own culture of vegetables to help you sate both your hunger and a small amount of thirst as well.

The real danger comes from humanoids

But let’s not forget the most dangerous thing in the game. Food and water are important but you are most likely to figure a way to maintain a steady income of both of those within the first couple of hours. But the humans, they are the real problem. Both living and dead humanoid enemies are the ones that you should fear the most.

You will have to fortify your hideout to make it safe to sleep at night. At the same time, you will want to arm yourself and make sure that you have an adequate protection against blunt and edge weapons and even firearms. You will encounter other players frequently while raiding various locations on the world map and you never know whether or not they’re going to start to shoot first.

And this is where the game gets really tough. You will have to keep exploring these locations if you want to find the best gear and weapons but at the same time you’ll want to stay out of them because other players are going to do exactly the same thing and most of them aren’t willing to share. To keep your eyes open and your weapon close at hand.

I don’t want to spoil too much by telling you about all the cool things that you can do in this game. Instead of that, I’ll leave you with the links to download this game so you can try it out yourself if what you’ve read so far appears to be interesting to you. You can get Last Day on Earth for:

So go on ahead, download the game and try for yourself. It’s free so you have nothing to lose by trying it for yourself.

Meta: A post-apocalyptic, zombie survival game Last Day on Earth is incredibly good and surprisingly challenging for a mobile game. Hardcore survival fans…
